WynCoat® Like all surfactants, a substrate wetting additive is a molecule having both a hydrophilic and a hydrophobic part. The additive’s molecular structure determines that the orientation will drastically lower the surface tension of the liquid. Wetting additives provide multifunctional benefits in a range of applications including inks and coatings. SL-5100 optimize flow and leveling, enable the elimination of surface defects and reduce surface tension.

WynCoat® SL-5100 is a special modified gemini type silicone substrate wetting and leveling agent, which can improve the wetting of the substrate, effectively anti crater and flow promotion. Compared with other types of silicone substrate wetting agents, it has obvious advantages of low foam stability, and is suitable for multiple resin systems.
